Creekside 18 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6. Beautifully decorated corner unit. Located in the heart of Frisco near Main Street. Spacious, family-friendly unit. Property is located in a grove of trees near the creek. Living room features leather furniture, gas fireplace and flatscreen. Free WiFi and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen with all new kitchenware, stainless appliances and granite island. The dining area seats 6 for easy entertaining. Deck at entry door with views of the courtyard and creek area. Unit is in Building C. Coin-op washers and dryers in the laundry room in building A. 1 free surface parking spaces. Two desks in the guest bedroom for remote working or learning.

LOCATION
Walk to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown gear rentals. Only 10 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Keystone or Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Vail. Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides in the winter. Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals, biking on the Summit County Recreation Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain bike trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rental as well as sailing and motor boats. Walter Byron Park is nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.
