Parking
1 unassigned surface parking spot by permit only. Do not park on the lake side. That area is a walkway not a parking area.

Central to all that Summit County has to offer. Just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper and 25 minutes to Breckenridge. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, Starbucks, sporting goods, ski/board rentals, Silverthorne Outlets and shops. Walk to Dillon Marina for boat, kayak and SUP rentals. An easy stroll to the new Dillon Amphitheater for summer concerts. Near the Summit County bike/rec path which connects all resorts and towns. The free Summit Stage shuttle service is just down the block. The unit is directly across from Dillon Town Park with playground, tennis courts, bocce, basketball, walking paths and multi-use field. 30 night minimum stay.
