Near the Summit County Rec Path with 55 miles of paved path. It has a kitchenette with small dining area that seats 4. Comfortable leather couch, flatscreen with free cable and mountain views.

Amenities
The unit does NOT have internet, only the building lobby has internet service. Most guests can connect their devices in the lobby and walk back to the unit with connection -- but this does not work for everyone. Complex has a glass elevator, indoor hot tub that is open seasonally Nov. 1 to April 30 and clubhouse with flatscreen, wet bar and dining area. Lobby has a lounge area to expand your space. Complex has a coin-op laundry facility.

This unit has 1 assigned surface parking spot in the lot next to the building. No garage space.
Location
Just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Keystone and Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and 25 minutes to Vail. The Summit County Recreation/Bike path is just out the door as well as hiking trails. Frisco has a Tubing Hill, Day Lodge and large Nordic Center. In the summer find a large disc golf course, lake or stream fishing, boating, SUP, kayak and canoe rentals at the Frisco Marina plus outdoor concerts and festivals. Nearby golf, horseback riding and much more. Just minutes to all the shops and restaurants on Summit Boulevard as well -- Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Safeway, Walmart and numerous sporting goods and gear rental stores.
