PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Beaty's Bungalow in the Lodge At Riverbend is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 8. Beautifully decorated first-floor, end-unit, with lots of light. Located in the heart of Frisco near Main Street. Spacious, family-friendly unit with extra kid touches. Property is located in an Aspen grove with a large outdoor main deck and a private master bedroom deck. Underground assigned parking for two vehicles plus an elevator from the parking makes access easy. A beautiful modern lodge looking building with extra outdoor patio spaces and large beautiful grounds. Living room features a gas fireplace, flatscreen and large sectional plus lots of windows. Main deck has gas grill, table for 4 and extra seating. Free WiFi and cable. The dining area seats 6, and the kitchen bar seats 4 for easy entertaining. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

LOCATION
Walk to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown gear rentals. Only 10 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Keystone or Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Vail. Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides in the winter.
Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals, biking on the Summit County Recreation Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain bike trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rental as well as sailing and motor boats. Walter Byron Park is nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

Summer: Hiking forest trails, walking or cycling over 55 miles of Rec Path, mountain climbing, mountain biking, lakefront exploration, fishing, kayaking, stand up paddle-boarding, wildlife, wildflower and bird watching, photography, star gazing, scenic drives, 4-wheel driving, picnic spots, parks, outdoor art walks, golfing 5 courses, outdoor markets, outdoor amphitheater, historic sites and just enjoying the mountain and lake views.

Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.
