PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Beaty's Bungalow in the Lodge At Riverbend is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 8. Beautifully decorated first-floor, end-unit, with lots of light. Located in the heart of Frisco near Main Street. Spacious, family-friendly unit with extra kid touches. Property is located in an Aspen grove with a large outdoor main deck and a private master bedroom deck. Underground assigned parking for two vehicles plus an elevator from the parking makes access easy. A beautiful modern lodge looking building with extra outdoor patio spaces and large beautiful grounds. Living room features a gas fireplace, flatscreen and large sectional plus lots of windows. Main deck has gas grill, table for 4 and extra seating. Free WiFi and cable. The dining area seats 6, and the kitchen bar seats 4 for easy entertaining. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

BEDDING
~Master bedroom suite has King, flatscreen, private deck and private bath with double sinks.
~Guest bedroom has two twin bunks and TV.
~QSS in living room. Shared hall second bath.

LOCATION
Walk to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown gear rentals. Only 10 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Keystone or Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Vail. Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides in the winter.

Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals, biking on the Summit County Recreation Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain bike trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rental as well as sailing and motor boats. Walter Byron Park is nearby. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

NATURAL PHYSICAL DISTANCING ACTIVITIES
Winter: Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, AT skiing, split-boarding, fat biking, ice climbing, traction hiking on trails, tubing, sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing, fly fishing, dog sledding, walking plowed rec paths, winter disc golf, playgrounds and snow-play, historical parks, birdwatching, photography, scenic drives, star gazing and simply enjoying the mountain views.

Summer: Hiking forest trails, walking or cycling over 55 miles of Rec Path, mountain climbing, mountain biking, lakefront exploration, fishing, kayaking, stand up paddle-boarding, wildlife, wildflower and bird watching, photography, star gazing, scenic drives, 4-wheel driving, picnic spots, parks, outdoor art walks, golfing 5 courses, outdoor markets, outdoor amphitheater, historic sites and just enjoying the mountain and lake views.

Restaurant operations can be affected by the most recent Public Health Order. Restaurants offer Take Out and To Go Beer, Wine and Cocktails, outdoor seating and may offer distanced dine-in seating. Masks are required in our supermarkets or you can Click-To-Order and use Curbside Delivery. On-mountain restaurants may require reservations or offer quick service meals and outdoor seating only.

"First time in Frisco. Beaty's Bungalow was the perfect place to stay it was very cozy and close walking distance to hiking trails, main street and driving to interstate and shopping. "  We would like to thank you! What a beautiful place we rented, of all the people that came to    Colorado for the wedding I think we had the best views with the gorgeous creek outside our   deck. I would recommend this condo to anyone going to Frisco! Also the Summit Resort    group was wonderful to work with, Nicole was great with the rental and the front desk   was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful trip and our condo deck was beyond beautiful!  "

Great location to downtown Frisco and great snowshoeing - 5 out of 5 stars

"We stayed in the condo Christmas and a couple days after . The condo was clean and well stocked . The bedrooms are spread out with lots of community space . My husband and I snowshoed two days both trails were walkable from condo .One was across the freeway and beautiful , the other trail was right across the street , called Mt Royal Trail . It was straight up but with a great view. We were able to walk to restaurants . It was a little drive for skiers but not too far . It was very quiet and had two parking spots in the garage. There was a community hot tub . We never saw anyone else in the hot tub but the hot tub should have been treated everyday . .It was a little dirty and gross . It would be a great place to stay in summer . It is walkable and near bike trails to Breckenridge ."

"Convenient location..like most of Frisco, snow plowing was done but minimal.. garage was not heated but was great parking ., location of unit required a lot of walking if you used the elevator,, We really enjoyed the unit,, clean and well equipped.,. Definitely would stay again."

"  -          Howdy – What a great week here in the mountains. Coming from Houston and heat index of 110*F to Frisco and highs of 75* with no humidity. Absolutely gorgeous. The parade was so much fun- Heartland America with a mountain twist. By the way, if anyone is interested, we had our best meal at Silverheels. Great prices and quality. We sat in the dining room with Chris as our waiter. He will tell you the entire history of Silverheels if you’ll let him. And don’t pass on the mud pie for dessert – definitely enough to share for 2. You won’t be sorry! Thanks, so much for a gorgeous week Colorado!  "
