Easy drive to all activities, dining, shops, marina and ski resorts. The south facing patio with private hot tub also has shade, gas grill and mountain views. This Studio has a queen bed and a queen sofabed, making it comfortable for 4 people or a family. One bath with walk in shower. Located on the Frisco Pathway in the heart of Frisco with an easy bike, walk or drive to Main Street Frisco and Walter Byron Park. The unit has a kitchenette and gas blackstone grill outside to allow for simple meals. Kitchenette has a sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and apartment-sized refrigerator. The Dining table seats 4. Large flatscreen and electric fireplace. Very easy to reach from I-70 yet a very quiet location. It is a short drive to all winter activities and ski resorts. A great place to relax and enjoy. The unit is reached by a clever, gravel stairway to the right of the home. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

An easy walk or quick drive to Main Street Frisco, Walter Byron Park, the Frisco Historic Park, festivals and events. An easy drive to nearby Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, Outer Range Brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and shops. Frisco Main Street has restaurants, gear rentals and independent shops. The Frisco Pathway just out the door takes you to the larger Summit County Recreation Path for biking and walking and it connects all towns and resorts in the area. In the summer, walk, bike or take an easy drive to the Frisco Marina for boat, SUP, canoe and kayak rental. Mountain bike or hike on the Frisco Peninsula. Enjoy festivals and live music on Frisco Main Street. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone and 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin mountain resorts. The Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing and sleigh rides are an easy drive. Less than 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.
