Great little getaway, nice location - 5 out of 5 stars

"This part of Frisco is nice and quiet. You have a lovely view from the porch, and a well-appointed living space to enjoy. This was a nice fall getaway for us!"

Beautiful view, great central location! - 5 out of 5 stars

"This place was beautiful. It was in a great area that wasn't as busy or "city-like" as other nearby areas in Dillon. Downtown Frisco was really cute and lots of great restaurants within 1-2 miles. This is 1/4 rentals within the same house. My pets weren't bothered but we could definitely hear other pets/neighbors. Also, there is no A/C and the heat was on when we arrived. I had to go purchase two fans to cool the place down for my dogs. After we opened the windows and gave it a couple of hours to cool down, everything was fine. Overall, loved this place. It was perfect size, all the amenities you'd need, hot tub was great, view was beautiful!"

Cozy Get A Way - 5 out of 5 stars

"Upon arriving in Colorado, the keys were easy to locate not too far from the air bnb. We got the keys and went to the Airbnb location. It was again, easy to find. The neighborhood is super cute and clean. PERFECT PERFECT location. It's so close to the towns of Frisco, Dillon, and Breck. The house was smaller than what we expected but doable for me, my husband, and our 2 medium size dogs. The house definitely had a "dogs have been here" smell to it. A faint urine smell when you go into the house. Other than that, the house was clean. There was a few items in the restroom and the basic necessities in the kitchen. There is no coffee there to go with the coffee maker but again, the house is close to everything! There is no dishwasher, oven, stove, etc. We didn't mind but I only want to mention it for those who may find that to be a necessity. The hot tub worked and seemed to be clean! All in all, it was a good basic place to relax. "

Great location and amenities - 5 out of 5 stars

"Nice location to downtown Frisco, hot tub and outdoor grill are great! Enjoyed the secluded feel as it sits back to/facing the woods/mountains."

Mixed Review - 4 out of 5 stars

"All in all, this was a great rental. However, we only realized after the second night that the shades in the bathroom are inadequate. From the walkway outside you can clearly see through the shade into the bathroom even though from inside they appear to fully block the view. Second, if you have upstairs neighbors, it can be very loud. We were woken each morning early to dogs running around and footsteps. The huge plus, was the private hot tub! One more downside, there was only one roll of toilette paper. "
