130 Robin is a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse located in The Ponds at Blue River in Silverthorne. Sleeps 6. All bedrooms have their own private baths. It is located waterfront on South Pond with mountain views. Lots of seating, gas fireplace, flatscreen and large windows in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped, granite tile kitchen with kitchen bar that seats 3 and large counters for meal preparation. Dining table seats 6. Mountain and Pond views throughout the unit. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

Parking
This unit has a 2 car garage plus additional 2 surface parking spaces. Parking is available in the garage or the driveway. Be aware the house is part of a duplex. Do not park in front of the neighbor's garage. The additional surface parking spot is directly across Robin Drive.

In Winter, Silverthorne is an ideal wintertime location as it is less than 15 minutes to Keystone and 25 minutes to Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain resorts. Only 35 minutes to Vail. Free ice skating on North Pond, free tubing/sledding hill at Rainbow Park and Maryland Creek Park and just minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets.
